What do you love most about your job?
The change that I see within people after the session. I am always blown away by what happens in a session (as it is different every time due to everyone having very individual energy systems, requirements and lifetime experiences). It makes all the hard work worthwhile when you see the smile on someone's face and they say they actually feel that they are connected with 'themselves' once more. Often many people feel they are 'out of pain' or can cope with life again, losing the anxiety that they came in with!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ah, the profession chose me! I was in the corporate recruitment world for 25 years (which I loved) and although I have seen spirit from a young child, I dismissed it as 'silly' as no-one else in my family could 'see' anything. I then became a corporate clone, living to work! After a succession of coincidences (or fate), I learnt about crystals, energy healing and mediumship alongside my recruitment career. One day someone asked me "When are you going to give up recruitment and do your healing full time?". My answer was "I've been in recruitment for 25 years and there's a recession coming, you don't just 'give up a job'. The company would have to shut before I do healing". 6 months later the company shut! I actually felt guilty that my thoughts might have lost everyone their job so decided that I would follow my intuition and started my own healing company, Crystal Balance. The rest, as they say, is history!

I believe it is paramount that you feel comfortable, safe and secure when you are having a treatment of any description – whether this is energy work or a massage! Therefore my policy is to be open and honest, non-judgemental and above all to keep things highly confidential. I am extremely fortunate (and very grateful), that every single person who comes for a treatment recommends someone else. I am more than happy to phone, skype or facetime chat prior to a session to ensure that you are happy with both myself and all that we provide. We also offer distance sessions which are just as powerful and effective as one to one in person treatments.
