We have had the misfortune of working with this business. It took them about three months to create the ugliest website, that looked like a toddler made it. .. not even screen responsive... If a fraction of the time they spent on creating the contract went into the design, it would have been a masterpiece. These people, I suspect, are involved in this business in their "spare time"... but they have full time jobs, and they won't respond to anything during work hours. Very expensive service for very low quality product, and quite unpleasant customer service... I would not recommend them if you value your time and money. More...
What do you love most about your job?
There is something special about seeing a clients eyes light up when they see their fully functioning website for the first time. No matter what kind of solution we provide, whether it is a bespoke web application or a business website based off an existing theme, customers always love to see their website up and running. We love to see the smile on our customer's face that tells us we've done our job well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Crumb Solutions is made up of 3 undergraduate's studying Digital Art & Technology (DAT) at the University of Plymouth. We were inspired to start our business after a university project led to a prototype mobile app we developed being installed in a local history museum. Our lecturers were highly impressed with the work we produced when working as a team. Normally, DAT students would be encourages to take a year out of their course to work for an employer, but due to our strength as a team and ability to produce industry level deliverables, we were encouraged to start our own company. With the support of the i-DAT team, that's exactly what we did.
