Did an awesome drop-in this morning at Crossfit Cliffside. I have dropped in all over the world and this gym is in a league all by itself. Incredible, well equipped, clean, well organized facility with the best coaching from two incredibly humble beasts #crossfitcliffside #crossfitfamily #oldmanatrongIf you are in the area or are lucky enough that you live in the area and either do CrossFit or are considering checking it out for the first time this is the place to go. This is a brand-new box owned and operated by the Panchik brothers – Saxon and Spencer. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to assist personally with any exercise. The facility is immaculately clean and all of the equipment is new. Add to this the Whole family’s CrossFit Games experience and you have a formula for one of the best boxes around!CrossFit is a fitness regimen developed by Greg Glassman.
