Just excellent!! Turned down by 3 banks and wasted nearly 6 months...I'd almost given up, tried these guys as a last resort and couldn't have asked for more! I highly recommend this company. Lee helped us buy our first house, which was very scary, stressful and emotional. Particularly when we got gazumped right before Christmas. Lee was very sensitive to our needs and very supportive when things got rough. I honestly don't think I would have gone through with buying a house if it wasn't for Lee. Davi from option finance helped me during my mortgage application and was always there calling me and keeping in touch which was amazing. Amazing service from Lee and the team at Option Finance. I needed to get my mortgage sorted fairly quickly after having sold our house faster than expected and having an offer accepted on our new house. Lee sorted the AIP within 10 mins and had a full mortgage offer subject to valuation within a few hours. Completely stress-free process and couldn't have asked for better advice. I'm so glad we used Option Finance as our mortgage broker. Lee was incredible from start to finish. Not only did he find us a great deal for our mortgage, he also helped us with critical illness cover and directed us to a fantastic building/contents insurance provider. More than all this, he guided us through the entire process (we were first time buyers), providing us with so much support and advice - way more than his job as a broker would really entail.
