We had a 2 bed flat fully re-decorated. We were impressed with the attention to detail, they have fixed the smallest imperfections. We'd definitely call them again.

We have hired CW for a 2 storey extension. The work was outstanding and on time. Any budget variations were discussed beforehand and we very much appreciated this transparency.

Very friendly and polite. They've done a very good job- plastered, painted the full house, removed chimney, redone two bathrooms, removed a cupboard and extended a bathroom, new flooring, windows, doors. The price was fair and explained in detail at each step. More...

How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Internal height. Measure from the top of the ceiling joist to underneath the ridgeboard in the apex. It needs to measure 2,5m to suitably convert.
Roof pitch. Measure the angle of the roof. The higher the pitch angle, the higher the central head height is likely to be.
Footprint. As a minimum internal rules should measure 5,500mm side to side, inclusive of chimney, and 7,500mm front to back.
