AVoid at any cost please. Andy is not an architect and his company is not operating. He takes you money quick and no replies after that. Please google Andrew Feasey and you will see he received a fine of £12k More...

Avoid at all costs... as many others have pointed out, Andy quickly takes the money and then repeatedly delays the work. For us, he lied multiple times about having submitted plans, when he hadn’t. After he did; they were incorrect and got sent back by the council. When trying to correct it, he again sent another wrong set of plans. I ended up editing the plans myself and took over the process. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 3.5 months on, still no plans or update on when drawings will be completed. Made to pay in advance before any work was started, has done little more than produce recycled plans from old client for same property, no new measurements taken etc despite different build plans.
