After reading all the positive reviews about Cozy Heat, I booked a service for my Ideal Logi 30+Combi boiler. Rob was extremely polite, professional and answered any questions I had. Rob is by far one of the nicest of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He has a wealth of knowledge and nothing is too much trouble. Rob was very thorough and explained everything. He even called to check in before he arrived for the appointment giving me a rough idea of time. First impressions last a long time and good customer service goes a long way. Top Class service. Old boiler (16 year old Vokera) had broken down. All options for repair were clearly explained but we elected for a new more efficient Ideal boiler. This was installed the following day. Everyone we have dealt with from the engineer who came to the first call out to the administrator that organised the finance to the engineer who installed the boiler were friendly,helpful and efficient.Cannot recommend high enough. I have had some terrible experiences with gas engineers and I wanted to get a boiler that worked was efficient and was installed correctly. Cosy heat assessed what I wanted well, the office staff answered any and all questions I had promptly to give me extra peace of mind and the new booker installation was done very well indeed with excellent customer care and the end result was exactly what we were looking for so I’d say a great job all round. Just got a new Ideal combi boiler installed by Cozy Heat and what a difference it has made. What was a particularly cold house is now much warmer throughout. The hot water is now at mains pressure having got rid of the water tank and fills up the bath and sinks much quicker than before. Rob, who installed the boiler is a very competent, hard working and courteous heating engineer and a special thanks to him and Cozy Heat. I would definitely recommend this company. More...

Cozy heat fully fitted out our three bathrooms about two years ago PERFECT they were better than we expected, had a slight problem with shower last week phoned cosy heat they were out and rectified the problem within days , Rob the plumber that came out was great very friendly “a coffee white with one sugar“if he’s ever in your home . Very happy with the service we received from Cozy Heat. Our old boiler broke down and the cover plan we had in place couldn't help for a couple of days. Graham attended immediately and diagnosed the issue straight away, unfortunatley the boiler was beyond economical repair we were given a quote for a new system which we went ahead with and have no regrets. Called cozy heat for a quote for a new boiler as the old one was on its way out, came and had a look, gave us quotes by Email for 2 different boilers , so no pressure to buy, agreed on a price and date, Rob the fitter, arrived on time,very nice guy, knew his stuff, very tidy worker, job done in a day, you'd never know he'd been,,,highly reccomend cozy heat 5☆

Can't fault them. Did everything they said they would at the price they said they would. Were very flexible with dates to suit me. Tradesmen knew what they were doing and no hassle, good humoured, pleasant and tidy. They even spotted a wee electrical fault I never knew I had and repaired it at NO COST! I contacted Cozy Heat to get a new boiler installed. Their service from start to finish was first class. My house is old and the job wasn't straightforward. Previously Scottish Gas had given me a quote and offered a solution that meant a fair bit of alteration and cost. The young guy from Cozy Heat (I forget his name) who came out to assess the work involved was able to offer a much better solution. He was genuine and helpful. I was happy with the cost and went ahead with the work. The two engineers - Rob and Davy, that came out to do it were excellent. They were polite and friendly and kept me posted all the way through. In the last 2 months we’ve had a new boiler and a new bathroom fitted, thanks to Cozyheat. Impeccable job couldn't have asked for any better! Reasonable prices for such a professional service as the engineers clearly knew what they were doing, and so friendly too. When I had my bathroom insulated they were very quick and even cleaned up the remaining mess afterwards! was amazed by this after having many companies leave the place a complete disaster after finishing the job in the past. The best plumbing company in Falkirk, i was advised by British gas that i needed a new boiler as it was not repairable. I wanted a second opinion so called cozy heat, they were recommended by a friend.
