Went for champagne cocktail cinema experience. We have been a few times and it is always a pleasurable experience. Have had afternoon tea and meals in ‘Silk’ restaurant and all top quality.

Would definitely stay again I loved everything the location and the look of the hotel we stayed in room 309 and wow I’ve never seen a a bed like it absolutely massive I loved everything about the room if I had to quibble about something it would be about the fact it’s 5* and no complimentary water in the room I would highly recommend

Terrible state of the hotel as well as arrogant and rude staff. We stayed 5 nights at the hotel from a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is well located in London, but unfortunately there is no more positive things to say. Never have I stayed in more broken and unclean rooms. The walls were dirty, the furniture was broken and half of the lamps did not work. But the worst thing must be that in the middle of our stay we got a shoebox and a bag taken from our room by the cleaning staff, both with valuable content. I contacted the front desk as soon as i found out, who said they would handle this. After waiting for a couple of hours without reply, I contacted again, this time to talk to the same, but this time a rude employee who said he had looked and he could not find my stuff! - No excuse, only "we can not find your belongings" I asked him to take it up to manager level, which he promised me. Again nothing happened! - 2 weeks after, I followed up on mail just to get told that they can not do anything about this case as they have no proof of things removed from the room. So here I stand and have lost values ​​for about 200 GBP without as much an excuse from the hotel staff. I am speechless about this hotel, I am speechless about the staff and I am speechless that they get to call themselves a 5 star hotel. If I can give one recommendation: Never stay here. More...

I had booked this as a treat for my friends birthday and after reading the reviews I was starting to panic. I didn't want it to be a let down as it was meant to be a present. Surprisingly I had a really peaceful tranquil time. I had hot stone massage and a facial and they were done really well I can't fault the treatment at all. The facilities are small but there was no one else there except me. This is more of a 2/3 hour spa experience - maybe if the advertising reflected that it would get less complaints as facilities are small and you only have a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Slight things the spa could improve on- a nice warm greeting and explanation of where things are and what to do e.g you will have treatments first then use facilities after for an hour- please help yourself to water it is here etc. As it is small it is self explanatory but still it adds a nice touch as I did see other people look around a bit lost like I did until you realised the plan. The water would give a more luxury feel if they used slices of lemon or cucumber and clear plastic cups rather than white insulated cups you would use in a cheap cafe. Also the resting area above the pool needs to be cleaned from underneath as the lack marks make it feel dirty.
