I have both a counseling license and a substance abuse license. I began my career in crisis counseling and worked in community mental health for 14 years helping children and families heal from a myriad of circumstances that negatively affect their ability to have a healthy family dynamic, including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, abuse, parent-child relationships, etc.

What do you love most about your job?
Life is unpredictable and most of us find that what we believed we would become, find, be doing or who we would be involved with is not exactly what life presents in how it looks, feels, or intervenes. Humans are made to be social beings and we need each other to sort through complex thoughts and feelings in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Friends and family are well-meaning, but don't always know hoot help us or say the right things. Sometimes we just need a sounding board to clear out thoughts and help us tap into truths about ourselves we know are there, but life stress makes them challenging to access.
I love to help individuals and families find their truths that fit their lives to achieve quality and satisfaction and peace.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love the flexibility and personalization I can give my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
Individuals should always choose a person with whom them believe they can be comfortable to challenge themselves in a safe way. I believe I provide that atmosphere, but each person needs to decide that for themselves.
