What’s your signature dish?
As a Chef for thirty years I have many signature dishes, so whether it is a simple buffet to Lobster Thermidor with salmon. plaice and monkfish mousilline set on a glazed Thermidor sauce garnished with puff pastry crescents and chive run outs, Coronation Caterers can Cater for needs and requirements
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Coronation Caterers can tailor any menu for your specific needs , including any special dietary requirements.
Menu examples can be requested, it is also important to keep in mind for best quality and price to use seasonal produce.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my Job, in many respects when you go to an event or a meal you only take two things away with you, a memory and an experience. Knowing that you have made someones and everyone's day or event special is personally rewarding and fulfilling.
When you go to an event you talk about the food and service for many years and that also gives me great satisfaction and motivation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Again having 30 years experience in the Catering Trade from Award winning Head Chef to Manager and being a Personal Licence Holder it was a natural progression.

I have the experience and I will personally Cater for all your needs offering a Satisfaction Guarantee. We can offer discounts for very large functions and repeat business. Discounts are also offered if we can film part of an Event with your permission.
