Cooper & MacGregor LLP listened to my needs, they gave me design and material selection advice, they organised and dealt with the engineer on my behalf, they dealt with my planning and building warrant application quickly and efficiently and prepared detailed construction drawings so I could obtain prices. We used Cooper & MacGregor to co-ordinate the renovation of a rental property for us in Aberdeen last year. Angela guided us through the initial ideas stage and coordinated the relevant planning/warrants, her advice and guidance allowed us to maximize the space and select the best products (the most energy efficient heating system, insulation etc. ) to give us a flat which complies and exceeds the requirements for the modern rental market. Visited house, measured up, designed type of building, provided drawings for building & applied for planning permission. Submitted all drawings & dealt with all aspects of planning procedures. Provided a great service throughout the term of the build including applying for completion certificates etc.

We purchased our new house recently which required an extensive re-work and re-design.

The work required planning permission and changes to the internal structure of the entire ground and first floor, and having no previous experience or knowledge in what to do, we looked around for an architect to manage the whole process for us.

We searched around and chose to go with Cooper & MacGregor.

They provided an excellent service and handled all requirements for us (inc all building, planning permission pieces etc), providing great advice on the best way to re-structure the rooms, always keeping us up to date and taking the time to talk through what was happening with us / being on call to help with any questions we had. All of which was greatly appreciated

Cooper & Macgregor recently assisted us with a flat renovation in Aberdeen and we are more than pleased with the results. At the planning stage we were provided with various options ; maximising space & minimising costs, leaving us with a very desirable flat which we rented out within days of completion.
