Matt went above and beyond! He was very helpful and put us at ease straight away. He walked us through the process and his fees were very reasonable. We agreed to go with him and a few days later we were on rightmove as well as other places. He then proceeded to sell the house on the first weekend at a higher price than other estate agents were quoting. During the process of pushing the sale through he was keeping in constant contact and even gave the sales team at the new build I was buying regular updates on how the process was going. Cooke & Co are brilliant. They rent properties for me. I am always kept informed of what's happening, and it's always a reasonable turn round time, from tenants moving out/in. Nothing is a problem with them, and they always go the extra mile. They work great as a team. I can’t praise Cooke & Co highly enough. From the very start, they gave me excellent service. The owner came to value my house and, even though I said the visit was just to get a valuation, she advised me how to prepare the house for sale and where I could get hold of someone to do some of the DIY jobs. They charge a fixed rate for selling your house and this is excellent value for money (much less than any of the other high street estate agents I asked). Matt came to take photos and prepare the ‘blurb’. He showed the prospective buyers around and kept me informed at every stage of the process. My house was sold after only two visits. Without doubt the best estate agent experience we have ever had, polite and efficient staff, kept us well informed throughout selling period. One staff member worked on her day off to assist us in getting sold quick enough to secure the property we wanted on the same day!The fees are better value than all the other local office based agents in the area.
