Excellent service even though my computer was not fixable Ron moved all my files , pics to a flash drive, removed the hard drive for me.
Price was great he even gave me recommendations on what to look for with a new computer.

My computer running XP finally died, and I needed a used or refurbished one to replace it. I could not spend the money on a new computer.
I called Computer Medic based on his wonderful reviews. I was very impressed by his gentle and considerate manner, because courtesy is very high on my list of standards when choosing a vendor or contractor. I told Ronald I would bring my computer to him, but he instead suggested he come to my home so that he could make sure everything was satisfactory and running smoothly. He set up the PC and gave me a brief tour Windows 10.
I had to call him a few times to ask questions after everything was installed, and he was gracious and professional.
I highly recommend Ronald and his company.
