I used this company for the first time a few weeks ago and cannot rate them highly enough. Very efficient and friendly service that is tailored to suit each individual and enabled me to transfer laptops with ease. Throughout my previous career as a Police Sergeant I spent a great deal of time troubleshooting individuals's problems with a view to resolving their problems.

Being a computer technician is very similar - Diagnosing a person's problems requires a similar diagnostic approach when dealing with computers and the variety of problems associated with them.

Whilst in charge of a Crime Prevention Unit during the early 1990's I was required to create a database to enable my team to locate and record the details of repeat burglaries in the Tottenham area of London.

The best method was to setup a database using a very early version of Microsoft Access, which proved very successful and led us to present our project and findings to the National Police foundation. The scheme was highly commended and eventually adopted by the Metropolitan Police as part of their repeat victimisation policies.

Honesty, trust and Integrity are all important qualities for a computer technician to have, and these are all qualities I achieved and stood by during my 30 years in the Metropolitan Police Service.

Set aside the personal qualities that I bring to the table, I am also a very experienced Technician with a number of internationally recognised qualifications including: Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Server+ certifications.
