My wife and myself have recently had our bathroom re-fitted by The Comfort Bathrooms team and really could not be happier. After recently having my main bathroom and en-suite completely re-designed and re-fitted I feel I must write a review about this fantastic family run local company. From the minute I first walked into the shop to enquire about the work that has been carried out I was greeted by Mike the owner of the company who really could not help enough. From sitting with me for as long as it took to go through everything I needed to know, drawing out the plans and to the friendly, trust worthy and reliable fitters that came to my home to carry out the work done I really could not be happy enough. Unfortunately NHS prescriptions are sometimes fraught with problems and unfortunately clients have to be sent back to their prescriber to sort out the problem, as we are not allowed to source any other alternative products , this sometimes does seem like we are being unhelpful but I can assure you we always attempt to do our utmost to ensure customer satisfaction.
