I've recently bought a trail camera from Wild View Cameras and was really impressed with them. I generally tend to buy things online, but I wasn't totally sure which camera would be best for me, so I phoned them. I can honestly say that the service I received, is what good old fashioned customer service is all about. They were happy to spend as long as it took to explain different cameras to me and genuinely advised me which camera would be best, even though it wasn't the most expensive of the options I was considering. They said if I have any problems, to give them a call and they'll be happy to help; this is one of the very few times that I do genuinely believe that comment. I can't recommend them highly enough. The camera I actually bought was a Ltl Acorn Mini30 White Light, which is the only one I've found to take colour footage at night and I'm over the moon with it. Mike - Once again, you have been fab!Mike recently helped us design a large banner for our business to use at wedding fayres. He was incredibly helpful.As wedding photographers, we knew that our imagery needed to be a very big part of our banner. But, apart from that, we didn’t really know what we wanted. We sent Mike a few pictures and a few thoughts of what we thought we wanted. And in really good time, Mike sent us a couple of designs back. We looked at them and discovered that was actually what we didn’t want at all. No, don’t get me wrong, Mike did a great job! He’d followed the description of what we thought we wanted and created some fantastic designs. But I guess sometimes you need to head down one path to discover you want to go a completely different way.So, after a short email conversation, throughout which, all of Mike’s responses were very quick and easy to understand, a couple of different designs, we ended with a product that we are incredibly pleased with. We feel it shows off our photography and our business in a great way and is really good quality. Every time people come to our stand at wedding fayres, the banner is one of the first things they see and there are often great comments. It is eye catching and stunning.Thank you Mike. I had a bad experience with my fish pond with fish disappearing and being eaten. Wild view cameras kindly loaned me a wildlife camera to see the culprit. It showed a brief glimpse of an Otter which was startled by my husband opening the window blinds. As we live close to fields I decided to invest in one. Although not a lot of visitors at the moment looking forward to the colder weather when I’m sure there’ll be more activity. As I am a pensioner the back up service from Michelle Booth is great. i bought my first little acorn camera about five years ago was so impressed i bought a second one to put in another part of the garden then added a browning camera which gives a slightly better picture but is a little bit dearer, i have been lucky all the time i bought these cameras from wild view cameras the owners mike and Michele have given me good advice and their after sales are really good they care thanks to you both Val Bill G riffiths

What can I say about a company that goes the extra mile? When I first started to explore the idea of getting a trail cam I called wild view cameras from an internet search, had a very informative chat with the owner who was helpful and not at all pushy, I left it a while then decided that I was fed up staying awake half the night to photo the night visitors that I would get a night cam and get some sleep. I got my cam, Spypoint 11D a lovely versatile camera, I enjoyed its features and use ability. I now also have a Browning special ops which along with my flood lights gives WOW video images. I needed advice, and help with some teething problems and in dealing with this company found people who really care, they go the extra mile to ensure you have the right camera for your needs and will do all that that can to make that happen. I would rate the team at Wild view cameras 100% genuine good people. Thank you for your advice and for pointing me in the right direction so I can point my camera on my passion? Mike has done a good amount of design work for my business and arranged the printing as well. We have been massively impressed with his design work, but also the speed of turn around.
He completed a design for a new leaflet yesterday, got me a quote a short time later, we placed the order in the afternoon and 10,000 leaflets arrived at 10.30am this morning. Now that is quite amazing!! Brilliant. Thanks Mike!
