We are a semi-private training facility, located in Scotts Addition of Richmond. We offer affordable one on one and small group personal training, strength coaching, group X classes, and nutrition. Our programs include monthly body composition testing, nutrition programs, and classes to give you all the tools you need to reach your goals.

Brie and Mark are a POWERHOUSE TEAM. Together with their unique styles of training, and knowledge, there is no better place to reach your weight loss and strength training goals. Their methods gel together so perfectly that there is no way you cannot achieve the body that you have dreamed of. I love how they are involved whole heartedly with your success. They offer a plethora of information via print outs, consultations, and will personally shop with you at the grocery store if needed. They are there every step of the way. Always a phone call or text away. A team that really cares for your personal well being. I just started on Labor Day 2015, and as of today, 10 days later, I am down 19 pounds. Woo Hoo. I could not have achieved this without my trainers, and the proper nutrition specifically designed for me by them. I Love that...I also LOVE that I am a friend and family. You are a part of a family here, not a number. There is no quotas or sales. When you come here, you matter. You are AWESOME. Thank you so much Brie and Mark for coming along side me as I continue my journey to the Rockin' Body that I am dreaming of. I met Senor Steve Miller back in college. He has been my personal trainer for a couple of years now, through my ups and downs within staying motivated, he continues to welcome back and pushes me beyond all measures. Absolutely amazing! Currently working with the owner Brie and it is by far the best Training experience I have ever had. I absolutely love my trainer Senor Steve Miller!!! We started as friends and then became teammates thanks to Herbalife! Together we have helped change lives with the power of Nutrition and exercise. We both have had amazing journeys and look forward to helping others. When it comes to exercise Steve will push you to the best version of you and focus on form. I have personally known Mark for several years now and his attitude is top notch. I just want to start by saying how amazing colonial fit is. I came to them a year ago 20 pounds heavier. These trainers are super intelligent and can help you reach any goal you have. I was scared at first to go but now I motivate every person I can to attend at least one boot camp or session. They turn into your family and everyone helps push you to success. It's a true addiction once you start going. They have the best pricing around. I've been with Brie 99% of the time for personal training. She knows how to push you and can modify things you can't quite do; from being tired or just not able to. She is super nice and if you're shy, she is definitely someone that can get you out of your shell & truly make you feel better. Steve, Chris, and Shane rock boot camps. They all have their own technique but they all want what's best & will push you to success as well. They're crazy gym monsters and I love it.****They're not in it just for the money. We customize plans with both workout regimens and nutrition. Through proper instruction, our goal is to teach our clients through lifestyle changes that they can use to maintain these changes beyond training with us.

As corny as it sounds, consistency. As well as proper instruction, a dedicated fitness professional and lots of baby steps.

I started my own business, because I saw a need for a place of inclusion and non judgement. A place where every client is welcome regardless of size, shape, color, background, fitness level, or gender. And we can train together, under the common goal of creating a safe space to pursue a healthy lifestyle, and a fitness community rather than another sales pitch.

We bring a variety of different training styles, backgrounds, and expertise to the table with our unique team of badass trainers and coaches.

Yes, we offer online training and program design as well as nutrition programming.

We are no longer doing large group classes, small groups must be scheduled to maintain social distancing during training groups, masks are worn inside at all times, with the exception of those actively working out, hand are sanitized at the door, all equipment is sanitized between every client use. Extra precautions are taken to disinfect floors, door handles, bathrooms, water station, and all common surfaces throughout the facility.

Services

Focus on specific goals, with one of our nationally accredited trainers. Whether it be weight loss, weight gain, maintenance, or overall healthy lifestyle changes, we can help you with a program that is realistic and attainable. All one on one packages include a personalized nutrition plan and free group classes.

Want to improve overall strength, perfect lifting form, or hit a new PR? Work with one of our certified strength coaches to hit these goals. Sessions can be done as a private or in a small group setting. Open gym time is also available to get in extra work.

Workout with your significant other, a friend, or even a group of coworkers. This makes workouts more fun and even more affordable! (Limited to groups of 4 or less)

Not able to make it to the gym, due to schedule, distance, or other factors? No problem! All of our coaches are ready and available to do virtual program design and training. We make it easy for you to see real results from your own home.

Already have a gym membership, or a training program you love, but missing one key ingredient? Without proper nutrition, the recovery and results from your workout can be slower or less significant. Let us help you with a personalized nutrition plan that gives you the tools to see the best results!
