Was broken down on the side of the A10 today, in the pouring rain, A driver from the company .. Stopped and offered assistance. . he couldn’t fix it on the roadside but took myself and my motorcycle to somewhere I could get it fixed, Absolutely amazed this man done this off he’s own back and I really am truly grateful, I had no phone and no way of even getting home, You my friend are amazing and I thank you so much Your a star Just reading the reviews from others and it appears Cole Green are like knights of the A10, always stopping and helping stranded people!! Saturday night broken down, thanks to the outstanding work effort of this company I was recovered and home within 30 mins from my phone call to office. Not only did they take me home they then took my vehicle to there own garage to carry out work on it first thing Monday morning. Very friendly, professional and highly recommended. I was stuck in Stansted services in the snow with a puncture and an anti-theft wheel nut which refused to come off. They were out to me very quickly and quickly sorted the problem. They then ensured my space saver wheel (very rusted) went on properly and took the required pressure before leaving me to start my journey. Very reasonably priced too. Would absolutely call them again in s similar situation. More...

Called Paul at Cole Green Recovery at random from internet search following one of our vans becoming stuck early evening in a very awkward position, pitch dark with only limited access. He could not have been more helpful and was determined to find a solution when it appeared almost impossible. Rescued the van undamaged and in time to be able to use it the next day, returned the driver safely, and all at a very reasonable cost.
