Run us through the different stages in the loft conversion process - what’s involved?
- Design Brief establishment (What is the goal?)
- Property Survey to assess current Loft layout and structure (What do we currently have?)
- Structural Appraisal and design (How can we achieve the goal?)
- Building Regulations and sometimes planning application (Approval for the build)

What do you love most about your job?
Creating new ideas and seeing a space transform and become a better piece of our World.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending time with some of the biggest architecture firms, such as SOM, who designed the Burj Khalifa, I felt limited in my ability to express my ideas and truly design.
Why should our clients choose you?
Clients should choose me as I am a very creative thinker and can help each person create the best space possible that will improve both function and aesthetics. I also am a very honest professional and will never misadvise a person (even if it would benefit myself).
