What do you love most about your job?
We love to work with properties, it's not only therapeutic but whilst we may enjoy choosing our own hours we work to ensure we meet our clients goals and deadlines we agree with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Between both owners we have worked for Property Management, Maintenance and Project roles for over many years. It came to a conclusion this by working for ourselves we could achieve our clients expectations but also make money for ourselves rather than our previous employers.

At Cobalt we have over 10 years experience in all aspects of property. We are profession, reliable and always dedicated to meet our clients expectations. Our team are polite, we have a extensive list of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure no job is too small or large.
