What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Best we get a full understanding of the project so we can scope out, specify and prepare a budget.
Websites for example, may have additional functionality, a CMS (Content Management System), to allow clients to update their websites themselves - or they may have integration into accounts, CRM, stock and order systems and more.
There is a lot to fully understand to ensure the project runs smoothly.
What do you love most about your job?
Variation - one day it is e-commerce for clothing brands, gum shields or coffee - the next B2B for international engineering companies.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I have run 3 of my own business and gone on to sell them or merge them with similar businesses. Now I simply concentrate on new business development and strategy for my clients - so I can focus on what I enjoy - developing client's business and getting results.
