I have been complimented on the breadth of my knowledge and capabilities and have been recommended by auditors to new clients and so have formed my own free-lancing business.
My priorities are accuracy, effective time management, flexibility, good communication skills, discretion and trust.
The benefits to my current clients of my self-employed status are that there are none of the normal employers liabilities incurred i.e. NI employers contributions, contracts of employment and holiday pay. In addition my service means my clients are able to concentrate on running their business effectively and productively whilst I take care of their accounts and office duties. Payment is solely for the number of hours per day/week/month that the business actually needs.
