very poor service. Cleaner booked 3 times. Only turned up once. No notice that they wouldn't be able to come only 'things happen'. Cleaner was booked to save time but had the opposite affect. Very disappointed More...

How long have you been in business?
We have been in business since 2011.
The idea started when I was living in Oxford, but after moving to the south coast I decided it would be a good idea to start this project since I had just moved to an area where I did not know anyone and where it was also not easy to find a job, I thought it was the right time to start a new project.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
As per our advice, products for cleaning or any other type of service, should be provided by the customer, since, therefore, it will not be a problem if the client wants to use only natural products or does not want to use bleach, such as with any other type of work that is required by the customer. However, if the customer makes mention at the time of our first visit, we provide all the necessary products and equipment so that the service is carried out at the highest level with an extra cost.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to provide a service to a high standard and to help people with their needs.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a perfectionist and as such I like to have everything clean and tidy, everything must be in its place, for that to happen we have to have time to do it. Since life is very busy nowadays and we do not have much time to clean and do house work, I thought that if there was someone to help me it would be great. So what was just to have someone to help me became an inspiration to help other people who, like me, like to have everything clean and tidy; and that at the end of working day, they can rest and not worry about the house.
Why should our clients choose you?
As I've stated, I am a perfectionist and as such I always try my best to make customers happy. In addition, all our cleaners are CRB checked, and we make sure that our customers are satisfied with the service by checking if they are happy with the services provided.
We always try to send the same cleaner, so the customer do not have to worry about having different people at home whenever they require our services.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We insure that our cleaners wear face coverings and that they self test regularly. We also ask our clients to maintain a safe distance from our staff, such as staying in a different room from them whilst they clean.
Residential Cleaning
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR DOMESTIC CLEANING SERVICE?
Clean Bedrooms: dust reachable surfaces, change bedding, polish mirrors, empty bins/change bin bags, hoover and/or mop the floor, wipe all skirtings.
Sanitise Bathrooms: sanitise all reachable surfaces, clean the shower cabin and/or bathtub, sanitise the toilet, clean and polish mirrors, mop the floor, empty bins/change bin bags.
Disinfect the Kitchen: wipe and sanitise all surfaces, do the washing up, clean hobs and splash-back, clean microwave, vacuum and/or mop floor, empty bins/change bin bags, clean all skirtings. Please mind that professional and thorough oven cleaning is not included in the service.
Dust off Living room: dust/polish all reachable surfaces, wipe all furniture, empty bins/change bin bags, hoover and/or mop the floor, clean skirtings.
Wipe Hallways & Staircases: dust off reachable surfaces, wipe skirting boards, wipe bannisters, hoover and/or mop the floor.
We can also clean windows from the inside up to a reachable height, fold/organise clothes in wardrobes, water plants, do laundry, hang laundry and even do the ironing.
One Off Spring Clean
Spring is probably the best season to book one-off cleaning, but you can call us for this service at any time of the year. We undertake a top-to-bottom approach, aiming to clean your home as thoroughly as possible. Our house cleaners work by following a checklist for each room/area in your property, making sure that every corner and crevice is cleaned properly.
