What can I say??? Very prompt response to arrange a clean, but absolutely shocking when unhappy with service provided. 2 ladies turned up to do a 2 hour clean (which was paid for in advance), only at my home 45 mins (so for 2 of them 1.
5 hours!) The shower wasn't cleaned properly, the glass was left misty, the towel rail missed completely, the toilet was half done.
The kitchen window wiped with dirty, greasy cloths, worktops not cleaned properly, still greasy.
Not happy with the service provided and when I pointed out the issues, I was told I was aggressive.
Was told 15/9/2020 they would speak to the ladies in question and get back to me......18/9/2020 still waiting, not even an apology.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, we supply all cleaning materials and equipment needed to do the job and we even supply uniformed staff who are all DBS checked.
What do you love most about your job?
Job satisfaction! There is no better feeling than leaving someones home sparkling and having that 'just cleaned' smell.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My daughter! One day she asked if she could ring my boss and ask if I could take the day off to be with her. I decided there and then she was never going to have to do that so mummy could always be around when she needed me.
Why should our clients choose you?
We really love all of our clients and will always try to go above and beyond. We understand that life happens and try to be as flexible as possible for everyone whilst supplying a 10 out of 10 service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff are all wearing ppe and practising social distancing.
