I'm really surprised and a bit suspicious to be honest of all these one star reviews that happened to be posted at exactly the same time as I've had and continue to have fantastic service from Lauren and her team. Professional and respectful, they always leave our holiday cottage in perfect clean and tidy shape and I am more than happy to just let them get on with their job.
