My mother has been cared for by Clarence Care since a major fall nearly five years ago. Until she recently died, the carers were a source of care and comfort which she greatly appreciated. Continuity of care was always sought and this meant mother benefitted from a small number of carers who each got to know her and her needs very well. The quality of care was consistently high and the immediate personal care was backed up by good organisation and office support which meant any concerns were dealt with speedily and sympathetically. We used Clarence Care to look after my mother. The care received was excellent throughout, they adapted well to all changes in mum's health. Every carer was kind, treated her with compassion, took time to know her likes and dislikes. This meant they knew what food suited her, times she woke up, how to wash her etc. They brought health issues to our attention and contacted health professionals as mum's condition worsened. Mum enjoyed their company and they cheered her up at a difficult time. We were always able to contact them by phone which was very helpful.
