Fronting a professional organisation, Chris, who obviously cares about its clients, provided a prompt response to our enquiries. The quotation for the work on both sides of our semi-detached properties included repairs to the common chimney, bay window flashing replacement, sealing rain gutters and re-bedding ridge tiles. First rate. Prompt and professional. Working on two mills Reset the ridge tiles and popped in a VeluxQuick and efficientWe then discussed what to do with Mill 2. This is a 90 foot monster with a stone roof. We are in the process of stripping this. A nightmare of a job (mainly because the roof is probably 200 years old) which I will review when the job is completed and scaffolding downI might add that Chris has access to the nicest bunch of scaffolders I’ve ever come across!! CJP Roofing Contractors recently replaced an ugly glass roof with a beautiful slate roof and Velux. It wasn't a straight forward job, as the roof was on a curved building. Chris and his team took their time to carefully plan the look of the new roof, and took all my requests on board. Chris did a full re-roof on my property including facias, soffits and guttering. Chris and all staff were very friendly and helpful, I was kept up to date on all the work as it progressed. Job was finished before original quoted date and to cost. Really impressed with how quickly the work was completed. Work was done to a high standard and was left clean and tidy. From a large job roofing two single story extensions to simply Replacing the glass in two skylights, Chris has provided a quality service at an exceptional price. I had originally requested he replace the velux windows but upon review he advised me to simply change the glass as the windows were in tack. He saved me £100s when I was fully prepared to just replace them. His honesty and quality of workmanship are why I have referred him onto family and friends alike. I wouldn't use any other roofer. I had numerous quotes for soffits and fascia from large double glazing firms and they all seemed very reluctant to take the job on. I have an old Edwardian house with limited access to "cherry pickers" .Chris at CJP came along with a quote less than half the others, arranged for the whole house to be scaffolded and whilst he was doing the job serviced the roof, replaced broken tiles and fitted a zinc strip to reduce moss build up. I needed some work doing to my property in Crigglestone. Chris had come to give me a quote on the Sunday which was great because we wanted the work doing as soon as possible. He gave me a date to which he stuck too and the work was completed very quickly and efficiently.
