repaired a leak in my roof i was inpressed with the way the got job done in one day and had a reasonable price left the place clean and tidy would recommend

Very Very bad experience
The guy from this company said he will come between 10:30 and 11:00, but am sure he turned up maybe between 9:30 and 10:00 and In my absence, they came to property and opened up slates without my permission where there was no problems, then he calls me that I am at your property, I reached at my property within 2-5 minutes after receiving his call and saw that slates from two different locations are removed and he started giving me additional work stories and on disagreement to that, I requested them to put back the slates, the way they put it back was inappropriate and unprofessional, he even kicked the slates very roughly to push in. Now I do not know how much damage they have caused already. I have taken pictures as a backup.
I made a mistake to select them, please do not use them. I am glad I am not using them will have to get some professionals. More...

BECAREFUL BECAREFUL BECAREFUL

Its worst service I received ever. This guys given a quote and he started working immediately and promised to deliver the same day . I was tempted by the way he showed his confidence but things went quickly in wrong direction after the work started. I realised he was working both places simultaneously and traveling here and there by placing people. The real problem started when he cleared all the things in loft and said he can not continue work as there may be (may not be ) water leak in future. from roof (Honestly there is no possibility). And then he revised quote (doubled roughly another grand.) and agreed to put on some waterproof, relay tiles on the front of the roof. after seeing the work I felt its totally unnecessary he just created work for himself. As per the initial agreement he has to put a falling ladder into the loft but later he refused to do so saying thats not what he agreed for (he is proposing some simple ladder , to close this I need to one more ladder from ground , why should I ask for putting the ladder to loft if thats the case). He used different words for this ladder and just tried to escape. Initially he committed for finishing of in 1 day . But after 3 days still the roof work was not done and he realised that I will question him. and it happened , eventually he pulled me into the heated conversation and even abused me as well. He put me in a bad situation. I already transferred half of the amount and he knows that if he leaves the job then I am in trouble. I felt there is no point to working with and told leave after finishing the roof (which is not not really good).

I had to take leave for 3 days and lost £1000.

I will never recommend him and hire him again.

so careful guys before giving him the job
1) Be clear and put everything on paper if you want to go ahead with this guy
2) Prepare for extra work that he is going to introduce after he starts work . (I am sure he will double the budget for sure)

3) Transferring money only if you are happy with the work. Agree this before commence of work.

Very good guys and good workmanship come around got the job done and finished in QuickTime would definitely use them again
