This is the second time me and my brother have used Andrew and with his great market knowledge, he helped get the right type of mortgage both times with a competitive APR. They are the BEST. In 2012 we decided to buy new house from Places For People in Milton Keynes.
Places For People company offered their mortgage adviser who was just an empty place. 3 month he was trying to get as a mortgage and at the end we were told that we could not afford mortgage. After such answer I picked up all my documents, bank statements and ext from this mortgage adviser and went straight to Citrus Mortgages Ltd to Nick Blatcher. HE PHONED US IN 48 HOURS AND WE HAD MORTGAGE OFFER FROM HALIFAX !!!
What mortgage adviser from Places From People was doing for 3 month and did nothing, so Nick Blatcher WITH THE SAME DOCUMENTS did in 48 hours !!! 2 years later I contacted Nick Blatcher again. I asked him to review our mortgage interest and fix interest rate for another 2 years. Next day I received a phone call from him - I was informed that he could get perfect interest rate for us and our monthly payment was reduced from £1060 to £845.
