I used Chris' services in London for two party wall agreements for our adjoining two neighbours before i carried out an extension. Both neighbours are council owned so the process was long and arduous. Useless. Tony did not reply to me for prolonged periods of time. Never updated me. I had to get in touch with the council who were the freeholder in order to make contact to get the survey started, that still did not result in the work being done for some weeks thereafter. I had to email Chris to get a response. Did not send me a copy of the documents securely and failed to keep a copy themselves. I have now received an invoice demand from my council neighbour which had been sent to them and they had not forwarded on to me nor emailed me to inform me that demands for payment were being made.
