I have diplomas in counselling and psychotherapy. I'm a registered member of the UK council for Psychotherapy.
My practice these days is largely in Chalk Farm, London Borough of Camden. We'll aim to meet at a regular time in the week, as this gives your work on yourself a priority.

What do you love most about your job?
Clients! A diverse group of brave people who look into themselves because they want something to change.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for many years as a primary school teacher. My private psychotherapy practice now allows much more flexibility .
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm trained in models of the personality which include not only your past and present but your future too. Much of my training was to understand myself in order to be able to assist others.
I'm non-judgemental, and empathic. As you and I are both looking towards some change, I'll challenge you gently too.
Counselling
Usually a limited number of sessions to address a particular aspect of your life - e.g. a loss, an anxiety or a plan.
Psychotherapy
Usually open-ended series of sessions looking at your life more broadly. - eg anger, sexuality, openness, giving life meaning.
