Sean renovated our whole house for us at a great agreed upon price. He took care to listen to all our requests and to talk us through any problems that might change what we wanted. He installed an Ikea kitchen in a wonky Victorian terrace (not easy) and the look is exactly as we hoped. He took down lath and plaster, put up new walls and ceilings, and completely decorated five additional rooms, including our hall, stairs and landing. When flooding made us realise we had roof leaks, he juggled things around to get our house waterproof and was just generally so helpful and skilled in a big array of trades. He’ll definitely be our first call for maintenance on our home from here on in, and I’d highly recommend him (and Ste) to others for work. More...

I used Chono's Maintenence to remove existing render and render a 5m wide by 3m tall wall and a 2m wide by 3m tall wall blending edges into existing render. They did an excellent professional job at a very reasonable price. Sean communicated particularly well, keeping me up to date at all times as to when they would arrive each day and what would be done. Both Sean and his co-worker were friendly, appreciative (of brews etc.) and easy to have around. The plastered walls look great and they did a very good job of clearing and tidying up. I would definately use Chinos Maintenance again and will be recommending them to family and friends as, indeed, I do to anyone. I have already booked them for another job. More...

We employed chinos over a period of 3 months to carry out extensive refurbishment to a large office complex.Work carried out included plumbing, carpentry ,tiling,painting and decorating all work was carried out in the required time frame,and met the, exacting standards required on this project, we would highly recommend Shaun and his employees.
