Having tried last year and failed to find a sweep, we tried Chimcheroo and weren't at all disappointed. After a very prompt response and exchange of emails we agreed a date in his busy calendar (already a good sign! ). When Richard arrived, he was bang on time and clean....another good sign as we were fearing for our cream carpet. After a quick chat, refusal of a cuppa he started....an hour later all done!
