Great customer service and a great end result. The online booking tool made it so easy and convenient to book an appointment and the work was carried out within a week of booking. Our chimney liner was properly swept and our stove was looking good as new after just half an hour with absolutely no mess on our cream carpets. Ian was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to offer helpful advice on everything from getting the best out of our stove to good places to pick up a new oak beam mantelpiece.
