We needed a solicitor to draw up and follow through to completion two separate contracts these two contracts though separate were linked to the same subject and had to be reflected in said contracts, the contracts were with the Local Authority. Our requirements were to engage solicitors with good knowledge of LA working practises and had dealt with said authority we were dealing with, with success. Chatham Chambers was chosen and they didnt dissapoint, despite the L A's lack of communication, lack of action, and their continuing drift and delay, which was immense Chatahm Chambers achieved a result and a contract that was in our favour. All through the contract negotions Chatham Chambers gave useful advice on what directions and actions we needed to take. We will need another contract to be drawn up soon and when we know what form we want this contract to take we will use Chatham Chambers again for advice and then to gain the result we want. I recently contacted Chatham Chambers requesting immigration advice for someone in a domestic conflict. We saw Naheed Akthar who was thorough, professional and very caring in her approach. With a successful outcome for a naturalisation application for one member of the family, and a clear plan for the rest of the family, I cannot recommend Naheed highly enough. She has been available to us, readily responsive to calls or emails, and a real support when neither myself or my friend had any idea where to turn for help.
