I was really struggling to get by on a daily basis after a relationship break up, I was so close to giving up. I heard about Charlotte's life coaching sessions and thought why not, I have nothing to lose.
I can honestly say with my hand on my heart, it was the best decision I made for myself in a long time, Charlotte had me thinking of things that has happened to me in a different prospective, taught me how to manage when I felt myself getting overwhelmed and also helped me to be more positive.
Since seeing Charlotte I feel more confident, relaxed and determined which is something I haven't felt for a long time.

Charlotte has an upbeat manner is very positive and committed. It was great to look at my life holistically and then focus down on the areas they I really wanted to improve. I found that the sessions were a pleasurable and enjoyable experience. The sessions provided lots of reinforcement and a framework to help me identify the changes I wanted to make. I was really struggling to focus and kept getting sidetracked with both my work and personal life. I was lucky enough to find Charlotte and after each session with her I felt so much calmer and in control. I was able to move forward with goals that seemed impossible.

I recognised that I required some assistance in preparing for my Presentation as a Guest Speaker.



In my career, I have faced many obstacles but none of them made me has anxious as being a guest speaker on the main stage for a national exhibition.



Charlotte enabled me to effectively prepare for the final stages of the presentation process with a series of tools and techniques.



Her personable and supportive approach allowed me to recognise and highlight my strengths and virtualise my desired outcome from the event. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone looking for a short, sharp session on Public speaking, interview preparations, Career confirmation, Goal setting.

Had an absolutely mind blowing coaching session with Charlotte. Originally I had my doubts about coaching and was it meant for me and was wondering how she could enhance me and my business. I was rather sceptical to be fair, but was completely astounded that within an hour she had me thinking about things differently, tackling challenging situations from a position of strength and totally motivated to move forward fearlessly.
