I am still waiting for answers regarding my guaranteed top-up hours and double-time payments. It's really quite frustrating to continue waiting for answers which were raised a long time ago (since MAY). Margaret Paton said that they would contact Payroll to resolve the issues still outstanding with my payslips and nothing has been sorted out so far. I was advised that my expenses would be paid and all the other issues would be resolved. Actually, I continue to have issues with my wages which is NOT acceptable!
