We have engaged the services of Celo Communications since August 2017. Since then, Charlotte has aligned herself with our needs and addressed them in a practical and helpful manner. What we needed was pure consultancy, so someone who could do regular, monthly meetings giving us face-to-face advice on which marketing tasks to prioritise and how to go about them. She’s also given one of our team social media training to get us up and running on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Without hesitation I would recommend Charlotte and Celo Communications. Charlotte has given us at OpenHaus Kitchens excellent advice on launching our new kitchen showroom, she is extremely knowledgeable and has generously shared her extensive network of contacts with us.
Also in understanding that we, as a growing business needed to be flexible, she has been a very much needed guiding hand in launching our business. Charlotte has helped us find our direction in marketing, has has some great ideas for how to theme our marketing and advised us on how to compile our ideas. Also, her willingness to working flexibility round our busy schedule has been key in enabling us to do this.

Artemis Marketing are a digital agency offering clients search engine optimisation. We started working with Charlotte in order to embark on a marketing push;
something we’ve never have time to focus on in the past. It’s been great to work with someone who’s really experienced in putting together very practical marketing strategies for local companies, plus she actually carries out a lot of the work herself, without costing the earth.
This is where Charlotte has helped us hugely; she gets on and gets the work done as we don’t have anyone with the right skills in house, for instance she’s created some leaflets for us and an exhibition stand with speed and efficiency.

Celo communications was given the job of marketing a Fine Art show held in Horsham Museum over the Christmas period 2015/16. The Fine Arts can be an 'asymmetric' challenge when compared with most businesses as it needs a soft approach when dealing with the artist and would be buyers. Coupled with the more conventional organisational skills of an events organiser and nose for a good deal when dealing with suppliers. It also uses a slightly different language for any of it's promotional literature. Of course Charlottes back ground of Art History helped with that. The brief was to promote and host a professional looking show which couldn't be overly professionalised to be considered 'starchy' or 'off putting' for the invited guests. To grow the clients contact list for the future and obviously to make sales. Charlotte using her network of business contacts to the local area, was able to create a very large invitee list and managed the perfect atmosphere for a lucrative and very successful show. On hand throughout the night she took the pressure off the client who was able to mingle and talk those guests - essential for art sales. Charlotte is a very effective and professional person.
