Lisa was incredibly helpful and supportive with making decisions about the food to have for my late mum's funeral.Nothing too much trouble even last minute increase in numbers was met with no trouble at all.
All the food was lovely and fresh well presented and plenty of it.
Home made Welsh cakes ,fruit cake and lemon cake huge hits.

Very efficient company but decided to have one nearer to us.
What’s your signature dish?
For dinner parties, it’s the whole Asian salmon. A really special dish. We are known for our delicious cakes and desserts too. Our caramelised onion and goats cheese tarts are yummy, along with the other handmade savoury items for our finger food buffets. The street food has been a massive hit, items such as chicken tikka and Bombay potatoe wraps with mint yogurt chutney and salad or the slow cooked pulled pork with coleslaw in a bun.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Communication is the key. Understanding what the catering is for, talking over options with the client and working to a budget. All budgets can be catered for. Providing a service that is second to none is something we strive to do.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the variety ofcatering we are asked to do, speaking with the clients and the satisfaction of seeing it all come together in the end. Surpassing expectations whenever we can, brings so much job satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always loved cooking from an early age. I wasn’t always a chef, I worked as a project manager for a number of years until I decided to take the plunge. I have never looked back. I have attended a number of professional courses and that together with the love I have of food and my project management skills, have made the perfect job for me.
Why should our clients choose you?
Choose me because I am someone who takes great care and pride in every job I do. I don’t take on lots of jobs every week so I can concentrate on the jobs I have, spending time making sure they are the best they can be. I am not a large corporate business, with me you get the personal touch with superb service and food that tastes amazing. Everything is tailored just for you.
