I love talking to entrepreneurs and helping them achieve better and greater things with their businesses. I've spent many years in management and have a good understanding of what makes businesses like yours tick but I also fully understand that it's your business and while I can offer advice, you make the final decisions.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In many respects it came upon me. I created some websites for free back in 2006 and they were so well received that I started having people ask me to create websites for them and they were prepared to pay. I never looked back after that.
Why should our clients choose you?
I run a tight ship which means my expenses are kept at a minimum. I pass those savings on to you which makes me less costly than my competitors. My pricing is transparent and published on my website. I always write to confirm my quotations and exactly what I'm offering to ensure no misunderstandings. I'm very easy to work with and the reviews on my website will confirm that statement.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
My services are web design, logo design as a supplement to the webdesign and content writing. They can all be delivered through email, telephone and remote access. Face to face contact is not necessary and I can cover the country from my Norfolk base.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
None were required other than to no longer offer the occasional face to face consultations.
