We hired out the soft play, bouncy castle and slide for our sons 1st Birthday. The kids absolutely loved it and we were very happy with the service, very quick and efficient and would definitely contact John again for future parties.

This is the second time I've used Castle Kingdom for bouncy castles and I can't thank them enough.

John and Jo deliver an amazing professional service and have made me feel at ease on both occasions. The communication was fantastic and they were efficient in setting up the bouncy castle/slide. They even had time to have a chat and few laughs and jokes before leaving.

The children (and adults - as we had an adult bouncy castle too) absolutely loved the set up. Our guests were entertained for hours and they always felt happy and safe.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Castle Kingdom and will be using them again in the future myself. The price is brilliant for the high level of service you receive. You both made my day and are such lovely people to work with. Thank you! More...

I found John to be professional in arranging a bouncy castle hire. A few photos and dimensions sent of the location helped decide what would be the most suitable option.

He and his team arrived in advance of the agreed time for setup and all safety queries/ any potential issues to be aware of were clearly explained.

The bouncy castle was in good condition, well secured and very reasonably priced. Also the children aged 2 - 3 years absolutely had a great time using it.

Pick up was slightly later than planned but John remained in contact to communicate any change in timings. (No complaints since the children had an extra half hour of fun!)

I've never booked a Bouncy Castle for my children due to having a concrete garden.
John and team were absolutely brilliant, had such an amazing party that's kids and their friends will never forget.

Communicated even when I sent a message out of hours and last minute which I was very grateful for.

Bouncy castle was thoroughly enjoyed by the children who were aged between 2-5yrs - we had the activity castle.
