Recently arranged a mortgage for a new house through Carrington. Worked with Ryan Quinn who was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. First time I have bought and sold at the same time, the support Ryan provided made this a pretty painless process. Also arranged new life cover to compliment the mortgage which again Ryan was very knowledgable and gave a great overview of the options available to me.

Absolutely without doubt recommend Carrington Mortgage. Jeff managed our remortgage and despite being friends since childhood, I was still anxious about the remortgage process (first time). Jeff was completely upfront, attentive and honest from the outset. Extremely thorough to understand our requirements and reassuring throughout. Karen also dealt with the process keeping us updated with each stage and again reassuring us, answering every question, no matter how trivial!

I have nothing but praise for Carrington, especially Randal & Terri. Having first contacted Randal in March 17 to start my remortgage (from Residential to BTL) which wasn't due until 1st August 17, the two of them were on hand at all times. Despite various issues (caused by the mortgage provider) at both the outset and near completion Randal & Terri were on hand to sort out any issues. The first being, I was in Australia when the mortgage company threatened to pull the offer as they couldn't do a valuation - they were told I'd be away for 6 weeks - quick action by Terri enabled the surveryors to contact me in Australia to resolve that issue. The second being the mortgage provider adding a condition into the offer and only highlighting with less than 5 days to go. Randal's quick action led to this being resolved within 24hrs including a new offer being sent.I will have no hesitation in using Carrington again, and would recommend anyone to use Randal/Terri where possible. For my next remortgage/purchase I'll certainly be reaching out to Randal again.Thank you both.Jan More...

Love going down here for a quick bite they're chicken chowder is the best I always come down for that! I love they're chai latte and they're cakes are always amazing the scones are so fresh and delicious I love having them with some jam, the cheese scones are amazing with butter and I love when they warm it up. They're milkshakes are so yummy I take my little brothers they're for a milkshake after taking them to the beach The atmosphere they're is great it's so friendly and all the staff are so kind and patient.
