Yesterday had my carpet cleaned by PROLUX. Turned up a great company with much experience – first of all, they were completely on time to start the cleaning. The guy who showed up was so polite and smiling that I enjoyed watching him do his job – it looked so satisfying getting rid of hard stains with a good amount of hot steam, it is like the stain was melting down. The guy looked he really knows what he is doing, you know, that kind of professional attitude which makes you feel you are in safe hands. I was very pleased with the customer service. After a few weeks, the cleaner arrived at my place and started to prepare all the equipment. I was impressed by this powerful machine which did Deep Steam Cleaning.The cleaning process took at about 1 hour. I couldn’t believe my eyes. My carpet was shining and smelled extremely fresh. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes to dry but it was worth the time and money. Most of the stains faded away and the dirt was completely removed. Fantastic results!
