I am a systemic psychotherapist trained to work with individuals, couples and families. I work collaboratively with clients in a comfortable setting. parking is provided and I am a short wanlk from Enfield Town Overground station. following retirement after 36 years in the NHS as a mental health nurse and specialist health visitor I now have an independent psychotherapy and counselling practice and am approved by several major health insurers.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the wide variety of people who I meet... everyone is interesting and its a privilege being part of their therapy journey
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be an independent practitioner allows flexibility for me and my clients... and allows me to pursue my interests of gardening, the allotment, walking the dogs, reading and crochet.
Why should our clients choose you?
I like to work collaboratively with my clients... therapy with me is a conversation... no long periods of silence... no judgements just working together to move on..whilst I work as a systemic therapist I incorporate aspects of CBT and mindfulness if appropriate. I work from my sitting room which is shut off from the rest of the house, I offer parking on my drive and my appointment times are flexible
