Brilliant care company to work for staff is amazing and the management is great too. They always try to help you if they can and the support is there for staff and service users when it's needed. Will listen to any issues you might have and will do their best to sort it out if it's possible. What do you love most about your job?
The opportunity to follow my passion for caring and to marry it to the latest in technology to make the lives of everybody involved easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea for Caring Folk was born out of recent personal experience of the care sector and the people who work within it. The passion and commitment of the staff who provide fantastic care and nursing services in a variety of roles should not go without reward, and we aim to address this by making sure they see the benefits of playing such a crucial role in the healthcare sector.
