Took my car over to see if it could be repaired, I wasn't hopeful as my car was rusted quite badly. I was given a quote for the work, much cheaper than I was expecting. Had more work done on the car than we initially thought it would need. Was a big job, took a few weeks.. . can't rush perfection. My car is amazing, looks great and drives perfectly. The quality of work is outstanding, so too is the customer service and dedication to the job. Would recommed Carfellaz Ltd to anyone. Top class service, lovely people. Recently I needed to have a cam belt change in one of our vehicles and instead of using Carfellaz, I took the vehicle to a main dealer - big mistake!

Shortly after getting the car back the onboard computer started saying to service vehicle soon and started suffering from a loss of power. Took it back to main dealer who were unable to diagnose the fault and suggested I take vehicle to the Cambridge main dealer. They in turn said that the computer fault codes were indicative of a cam belt needing changing! so I should take it back to original main dealer to have the cam belt changed again under warranty, which I did but fault was still there, loss of power.

Car was unusable so I took it to Carfellaz who, once I explained the symptoms, diagnosed the fault and more importantly, fixed it straight away! It turned out that it was a split in the turbo breather hose.

I learnt a valuable lesson, don't trust main dealers as they just go by computers and all they have are fitters, not mechanics.

From now on, the only people touching any of our vehicles will be Carfellaz.
