We have only used the agency for a few weeks and we are really pleased with the standard of care we have been offered. My mother is 86 years old and has dementia. Caremark ( Dacorum & St Albans) provide one to one-hour companionship service per week and also additional visits if I go away for some time during the week. Caremark (Dacorum & St Albans) have been looking after my mother since November last year and I can honestly say that at the age of 92 she looks better now that she did a year ago. She is looked after by a team of carers who understand the word care. They are absolutely brilliant from the senior management right the way to the carers in the field.
