I have been a regular at Caramel Browne for quite some time now and I can't fault them. The service is excellent and the team are so friendly and welcoming. I am lucky enough to have Annoshka for my colours and Toni for my cut and style every time I visit. Needless to say I never leave the salon feeling any less than incredibly happy. I recently got married and couldn't trust anyone else to do my hair and my bridesmaids hair for the big day. Annoshka and Elisha were fab and I couldnt have asked for more from them on the morning of the wedding. They made sure we all looked lovely and helped make the morning of the wedding really special. I have switched to this salon after my previous hairdresser gave me a disastrous fringe. Emily did a fantastic job of sorting my fringe out and I have been back since for balayage highlights which are amazing. Went for my first ever spray tan today, and was made to feel so at ease by the fabulous Beauty Therapist there! She explained everything so well, and I had a thousand questions and worries which were all answered and my mind put at ease. I'm not streaky, I haven't got any areas darker than others, Im so so happy with it & will be back! Great experience and very happy with the natural look I've been left with... Can not thank Emily gould enough for transforming my long flat dull all different coloured hair into a beautiful glossy autumn coloured lob! everything was done with absolute care and she spent time and effort into making it look lovely I’m very happy � I will defiantly be going back to maintain this stunning colour and also because all the ladies that are there are fab and friendly , they make you feel so welcome and listen to what you want / need and offer great tips and lots of help! Last week I came into the salon with and absolute hair disaster! The girls were amazing and after a stress free consultation the next day I had gorgeous hair again! ! Couldn’t thanks them enough. Me and my mum also came into the salon today to get a eyebrow tint and wax with christie. Love it! First time going today and i will be a loyal customer. I went for a consultation 2 days before and all of my wants and concerns were listened to, i was given all product info needed and patch tested. I have been coming for about 2 years now. Prior to this, I seldom went to the hairdressers, as I was fearful they would cut too much off. Really friendly hair salon and stylists that know what they're doing and know what will look best etc. The only thing I can't rate 5* is I don't think for a village hairdressers the prices are competitive. You pay nearly as much as you would in town. However I know you have to make money etc but for me it still seems quite expensive More...
