Teddy is star Someone hit my car while parked and damaged my VW Golf bumper. I drove the car to Car Tech Autos and met Teddy, I left the car with them and a couple of hours later . ... magic ! I’ve only ever received Excellent customer service and workmanship for the past 5years or so, Ive been a customer and I would never consider taking mine nor my Sons cars anywhere else! The first thing that really stands out for me is the level of professionalism, honesty and integrity the Owner has and this is reflected in his staff and the quality of their work. Speaking as a female and we often get ripped off by Garages! I can honestly say after 5 years of being a customer I have never been ripped off, nor have I ever had to return my car to the garage because of poor workmanship.I’m sorry but I don’t believe any of those negative reviews either, because that has never been my experience nor friends I have recommended them to either! My first time being at Car tech was yesterday. And I was amazed a Teddy’s honesty and professionalism about my car. He showed me the broken sensor from my car and proceeded to give me an itemised list of the cost.
He kept me informed from the onset and through out the diagnostic phase. We also had lots of banter. Shout out to one of the guys at the garage who came and helped me move my car which broke down 5 mins away from the shop. Nothing was too much trouble for him. And the also the guy who offered me a charger, thank you. As a first time car owner have given me confidence in your trade and I can’t wait to continue to come here for serving.

Very helpful people. They carried out a service on my Mercedes ML320, engine nice and quiet again and also changed the automatic gearbox oil and transmission filter which has made the car much smoother on gear changing, well worth it. Good service. I took my BMW X1 to this garage for a full service. The Mechanic Ted agreed a price with me and reassured me that my car was in good hands.
I left it at 9:30 and collected it just after 2:00pm. The staff were very pleasant a my services was carried out well. I recommend this garage and would come back again.
