One star is being far too generous but it wouldn’t let me out in zero stars. Tim Coffey from capital promised us work done in a fast time frame but asked for some cash up front to cover materials costs. Which we stupidly paid. His workers then had a pay dispute with him and they stopped working completely. We were promised a refund but never received one and have been unable to contact them ever since. So we notified the police. Hopefully they’ll get what they deserve eventually and won’t be able to rip anyone else off. Roof needed some new tiles they could do the work for 4000 and when they started it went up to 11000 , they wanted 6000 and then the next day it went up to 32000 for a new roof . I said the freeholder told me to stop the work , so I got them to make it watertight, when I asked for half my money back they told me no !! Do not use More...

Timothy Coffey, agreed to do my building works in 2 days we agreed a price of £1600
& pay him at the final stage ,the next day he demanded £1000 which l did a bank transfer for him, the gutters he changed is still not draining, facial board not fix properly , brick pointing not professionally done ,metal cladding in front of shop has come off aready, ceiling in bathroom wasn't done properly nothing was done professionally,l couldn't work for 3 days due to the mess he made in my shop .
He made me aware he will come next day to complete the job but didn't, sent a worker after 5 days without tool to wk which l complain. he still got to fix my doors & still got my key to my house.,Capital builders are cowboy workers & scamers , he doesn't deliver .
